Ingredient for making dal baati recipe in Rajasthani style 


* 5 tablespoon chana dal

* 5 tablespoon toovar dal

* 5 tablespoon green moong dal

* 1 tablespoon moong dal

* salt to taste

* 3 tablespoon desi ghee

* 3 laung

* 2 tejpatta

* 1 teaspoon jeera

* 2 green chilies

* a pinch of Hing

* 1 teaspoon garlic paste

* 1 cup chopped onions

* 1 cup chopped tomatoes

* 1 teaspoon dhania powder

* 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder

* 1 tablespoon chili powder

* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

* 1 tablespoon chopped dhania


   For making baatis:

* 1 cup whole wheat flour

* 1/2 cup rava

* 2 tablespoon besan

* 1/2 cup milk

* 4 tablespoon desi ghee

* 1 teaspoon sauf

* 1/4 teaspoon ajwain
  salt taste

* ghee for deep frying

 Method for making dal baati recipe in Rajasthani style

Dal baati recipe in Rajasthani style  Method for making dal:- 

 1. clean and wash the dals. Then add 4 cup of water salt in a pressure cooker. pressure cook till 4 whistles

 2. heat ghee in pan add laung, tejpaata, jeera, green chilies and Hing saute it for few seconds

 3. add garlic paste and onion saute it tills golden brown

 4. add tomatoes, dhania powder, haldi powder, chili powder, garam masala mix well cook on medium flame for 2to3 minutes

 5. add cooked dal and little salt cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes

 6. add dhania and turn off the flame

Dal baati recipe in Rajasthani style Method of making baati:-

 1. add all dry ingredients in a bowl.

 2. add milk and ghee knead a dough, without using water.

 3. divide dough in 8 portions round sized.

 4. flatten the round inert thumb in middle.

 5. boil the water add baatis in it cook for 15 minutes on high flame.

 6. drain and allow them to cool.

 7.  heat ghee fry baatis till golden brown.

8. baatis is ready.
